ofilter.py Software

The application ofilter.py controls the Orion's bandpass characteristics in a convenient panel that can live on your screen next to your favorite HF digimode program.

This application is implemented in Python using the wxPython and PySerial packages.

ofilter.py is a simplified version of the AA6E opsk.py program. It only transmits commands to the Orion when a button is pressed. opsk.py repetitvely polls the Orion, which can lead to conflicts if you are running digimode or logging software along with opsk.py.
